SAT and ACT Test Prep in Newtown, PA
SAT vs ACT
Our program is designed for students looking for competitive SAT / ACT scores, with the goal of gaining admittance to colleges around the country.
What are the SAT and ACT?
-
SAT / ACT are standardized tests accepted by most colleges.
-
The SAT relies on trickery, while the ACT tests in a more curriculum-based style.
-
ACT questions are more cut and dry than the SAT. The material a student learns in school will be tested on the ACT and presented in the same way that it was presented in school.
-
Both the SAT and ACT have Score Choice, allowing students to send their best scores to colleges if they take the exams multiple times.
Which test should you take?
-
Each exam allows for a separate chance at the standardized testing process.
-
This is why we strongly recommend that students take both tests because each one is an opportunity to hit your peak score. Believe us, you need every shot you can get at these tests, so just take both the SAT and ACT!
-
Either way, after our course, students will be prepared for both exams. All the Math, Reading and Writing techniques learned in SAT class can all be applied to the ACT and vice versa.
